Maintains customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources , managing staff. Customer Service Manager Job Duties Determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers . Improve customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes, establishing and communicating service metrics, monitoring and analyzing results, implementing changes Maximize customer operational performance by providing help desk resources and technical advice, resolve problems. Maintains in depth customer management to acquire and retain customers and increase customer satisfaction. Documents, tracks and monitors problems to ensure resolution in a timely manner and tasks are set to the appropriate priority levels. Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use. Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service. Learning about your organisation' s products or services and keeping up to date with changes.
