Hiring for US Sales/account Manager - Multiple Locations - Chennai & Pondicherry in Coimbatore, P (Coimbatore Job)

Job Description:The qualified individual will have demonstrated achievement in IT solutions / staffing solution sales with an emphasis on executive level relationship building. The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years direct sales experience in the IT industry including Sales, Staffing, Prospecting, and Cold calling and client presentations. Aggressive, results-oriented professional with industry experience in technical staffing. Ability to generate new requirements through Research, social networking, Cold calling and leveraging existing business relationships. Responsibility for day-to-day management of client accounts and ability to negotiate contracts and close sales. Must be a Self-starter, Self-motivated, Consistent performer meeting targets with a solid history and ability of developing new client relationships. Strong communication, excellent negotiation skills, sense of Customer Service and organizational skills are required. Ability to address and communicate client at all levels - Managers, Directors, and C-Level. Required Skills Bachelor' s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a Computer Science field. Successful related work experience in a staffing services industry may substitute. Minimum of 3 years proven outside direct staffing sales experience with focus in consultative and solution oriented sales approaches. Preferably Engineering, IT staffing sales experience. Knowledge of one of more of the following industries: Software development, medical device, biotech, biopharma, etc. and/or the technology industry (IT) Understanding of technical/engineering services industry experience is preferred. Proven experience in developing sales strategies, conducting cold calls, closing techniques and pricing proposals. Ability to call on the highest levels of decision makers in an organization with confidence for the areas represented Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, highly competitive, deadline oriented environment. Self-motivated individual who exhibits sense of urgency in all sales and service related activity. Exceptional communication, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong emphasis on the ability to listen and present appropriate solutions. Ability to work effectively in team environments. Demonstrated leadership skills, initiative, and creativity with the ability to identify and convey successful sales/marketing approaches and techniques. CRM and Applicant Tracking usage skills, PC and Internet skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
