Job Description: 1. Responsible to lead manage the critical functions- Acquisition Fulfillment, Customer Service, Billing Credit Control and Retentions through the Channel wing for postpaid business as applicable. 2. Responsible for meeting budgeted volumes, Customer retention for postpaid through churn control measures and ensure collectibles from customers as well as Channel partners. 3. Designing special schemes to embed Retention efforts are at the store levels so to ensure reduction of Churn [percentile. 3.Strive to develop and continuously enhance retention efforts are at the store levels so to ensure reduction of churn percentile. 4.Strive to develop and continuously enhance customer and channel satisfaction. 5. Accomplish customer service work requirements or targets by Orienting, Training, Assigning, Scheduling and coaching the front end and back end team in the assigned geography. 6.Resolve operational problems, identify customer service system processes, monitor and evaluate customer service representative workflow . 7.To assist,coach and develop the customer service system processes monitor and evaluate customer service representative workflow. 8.
