Hiring for Executive Secretary/department Secretary in Coimbatore, for Exp. 4 - 9 yrs at Sakshi., Co (Coimbatore Job, Bangalore, India)

Job Description:1.Coordinate with Director International Operations, Chief Administrative officer, Chief Finance Officer, Vice chancellor, Registrar, Dean, HR for the tasks assigned by PRESIDENT, follow up and accomplish through them. 2.Coordinate meetings and teleconferences. 3.Plan, coordinate and ensure the PRESIDENT' s schedule is followed and respected. 4.Provide a & quot gatekeeper& quot role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the PRESIDENT' s time and office. 5.Communicate directly, and on behalf of the PRESIDENT, with Executive team, and others on matters related to PRESIDENT' s priorities. 6.Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the PRESIDENT, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response. 7.Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the PRESIDENTs office and internal departments demonstrating leadership to maintain confidentiality, trust and support with senior management staff. 8.Work closely and effectively with the PRESIDENT to keep well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. 9.Successfully complete deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the PRESIDENT' s effective communication across the company. 10.Prioritize conflicting needs handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures. 11.Assist in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings and off-sites, and all staff meetings. 12.Maintain availability according to PRESIDENTs schedule and parallels working hours and efforts. 13.Manage confidential information. 14.Other duties as assigned. tags: 8 To apply for this job Click here http://spanjobs.com/india/jobs/61618068 »
